Overall good but pole strap so-so

Generally this is a great item for the price but I can’t seem to get the pole strap to work perfectly. The ski part is great though.

Compact and effective, but pole strap system is ineffective

Easy to store while skiing. Quality and holds skis well. Ski pole strap system seems to be ineffective, as I cannot use. The lack of online resources is frustrating to resolve this issue.
